Refund Policy

VPNMC offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. This page explains the refund window, eligibility, required information, and refund methods. Submit requests through the user panel; orders and processing records are verified against information available in your account.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You can request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of your first payment. The refund window is based on the time of the first successful payment. Once your request is submitted within that window, the time needed for subsequent verification does not change its submission date.

You do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service or troubleshoot connection issues first. You may include details about your experience in the ticket, but a description of any issue is not required for a no-questions-asked refund. Requests for monthly subscriptions and data plans must be linked to the actual payment orders. Please identify duplicate payments or unusual amounts separately.

Data plans remain valid until used and do not expire. This describes the validity of the data, not an extension of the refund window. For upgraded orders, the records showing how the price difference was converted into remaining days must be checked. An upgrade does not automatically restart the refund window from the first payment.

Limits and Unusual Orders

Ordinary requests made after the refund window are not covered by this no-questions-asked refund policy. Orders that have not been successfully paid have nothing to refund, and the same transaction cannot be refunded twice. If the payment status is unclear, check the transaction result first to avoid mistaking an incomplete payment for a completed charge.

Data usage recorded during normal service use is not grounds for applying a separate deduction rate or shortening the refund window. This policy sets no numerical threshold for “excessive use” and does not replace the full refund commitment with an undisclosed data usage standard.

For accounts involving policy violations, suspected unauthorized payment, or disputed transactions, order ownership and payment authorization must be verified. Account usage disputes and refund checks should be explained separately. Account status alone does not invalidate refund eligibility. If payment channel restrictions affect a transaction, the reason and next steps will be explained in the ticket.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to the user panel and open the ticket page. Clearly request a refund and include the order number, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. For multiple orders, list each one separately so the status and scope of each request can be checked.

If your order and charge records do not match, you may provide the relevant transaction details from your payment receipt and redact unrelated information. No email address is required; requests and additional information are handled through tickets in your account. Do not submit your account password, payment password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase.

VPNMC will provide verification results, any additional information needed, and refund progress in the ticket. If you cannot access your original account, first use the account access support option in the panel. Do not disclose order receipts on public pages.

Refund Methods and Payment Differences

Refunds for Alipay and WeChat Pay are returned through the original payment channel whenever possible. If the channel cannot process a refund through the original route, the reason will be explained in the ticket, and an alternative will be confirmed after payment ownership is verified. Refunds will not be redirected based solely on payment details supplied by another person.

USDT refunds require a separate check of the original transaction, transfer network, and receiving address. They cannot be assumed to return automatically through the payment account. Confirm refund details only in a verified ticket. A network or address mismatch may prevent the funds from being received.

Verification steps may vary by payment method, but this does not change the refund commitment. Any channel restrictions or amount checks will be clearly explained before processing.

Confirming Receipt and Following Up

Refund processing and receipt of funds are separate steps. The time it takes to receive a refund depends on payment channel processing, the status of the receiving account, or on-chain confirmations. No fixed arrival time is promised on this page. After submitting a refund request, keep your ticket and transaction records, and confirm completion using the deposit status shown by the relevant payment channel.

If a ticket shows that a refund has been sent but the funds have not arrived, follow up in the original ticket and include the relevant transaction status to avoid duplicate requests. Once a refund is complete, the service benefits for the corresponding order will be adjusted according to the result. See the Terms of Service for subscription rules and account responsibilities.
